Prophetic Word -January 2011

There is an awakening taking place. I am calling my children out of bed (place of

rest, comfort).

Arise and shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon

you!

I am waking you up and sending some to school, to work, to families, to Africa, to just around the corner, to your neighbor, to preach, to teach, to heal, to deliver, to deliver, to comfort, to restore, to bind up, to reach mount, to sing, to dance, to shout, to praise, to travel, to be a missionary, to adopt a child, to start a new business, to change your career, to study, to read, to write, to encourage, to rebuke, to confront, to show kindness, to share, to repent, to exhort, to paint, to record, to create, to infiltrate darkness, to dispel principalities, to announce a new day, to declare war upon the enemy, to take new ground, to pioneer, to surrender, to be victorious, to fast, to pray, to father, to mother.

I am causing an AWAKENING!
It is time to rise from the slumber.
It is time for clarity, being alert, understanding and being sober.
It is time to be enlightened by the Spirit of the Lord -the Spirit of Wisdom and understanding.

There is a grace for you to rise up -but you choose whether you will rise or turn around and snooze. Your rising up springs from faith to faith -like a dynamo, "dunamis" power will be released when you decide to rise. I will strengthen you for that which you go to conquer. I will supply if you will obey.

You never have to lean on your own understanding, resources, strength or ability -please don't. I am a supply-line that never runs dry. Allow my sap to flow through you as you are planted/grafted into the Vine.

I am waking up individuals (different members of the Body) -the natural effect is:
MY Body is waking up.
As each member responds, there's a corporate awakening, a corporate response, a unified activity, a unified awakening.

As each member is responding, My blood starts flowing throughout the whole Body. My blood unifies. It is what washes/ floods throughout the whole Body (and through each member).

My blood cleanses the Body/each member. My blood fights off diseases, fights off the enemy. My blood purges. The fellowship of the members and My blood, keeps My Body clean, whole, pure and sound.

1 John 7: "But if we really are living and walking in the Light, as He Himself is in the Light, we have true, unbroken fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt"

The Body of the Lord is a "living thing".

In  Biology we find that:

A.  Living things are organized. Living things have levels of organization from cells to ecosystems. Cells - tissues - organs -organ systems - individuals - populations -communities -ecosystems. Each level of organization is more complex than the level preceding it. If you can slice up the body and arrange the slices -you still have a former body (it can no longer grow or reproduce when in pieces). The whole is more than the sum of its parts. Romans 12v5. We as the members of His Body, need to be organized/unified into the Body of Christ. We need to be organized under His Headship. Together we are more than the sum of our parts. As a whole, we mean more. We need to be awoken to the fact that we all have a function and that we need to submit one to the other. We need to know each other after the

Spirit. We need to realize the horror of dismemberment. We need to come

together -to be bound with the perfect bond of unity: Love. United, His

blood can flow through us and cleanse us, protect us etc.

B.  Living things metabolize: Metabolism is the term used for the entire chemical and energy transformations that occur in cells as they use energy and nutrients to grow and make repairs. The ultimate source of energy is the sun. The intake of materials and energy is needed if an organism's organization is to be maintained. As the Body of Christ our ultimate source of energy is the Son. We cannot live and behave in newness of life without Jesus Christ being our source, our originator and starting point of everything we plan, think and do. We need to know how to use His power and wisdom in order to grow and be repaired (healed, delivered). We simply cannot rely on our own ways or means -we need His way, we need Him. He is the Head of the Body. The different members are not the Head, we are not the decision makers. We simply receive instruction from the Head. Within the natural body, Homeostasis is very important. It is the maintenance of internal conditions within certain boundaries. Living things can maintain homeostasis in a variety of ways eg. A student who becomes so engrossed in his/her studies that they forget to eat lunch. In such an emergency, the liver responds by releasing stored sugar, giving him/her energy until they eat again. As His Body we must learn to maintain our internal/corporate conditions within His boundaries and guidance, in order to function properly and effectively. We need to know how to respond to certain emergencies. We need the meek and the humble attitude of Christ in order to maintain the conditions of His Kingdom within the Body -peace, love and joy.

C.  Living things respond: Living things find energy and materials by interacting with their surroundings. A vulture can small meat a mile away and soar toward dinner. Humans can detect the arrival of winter and haul out sweaters. All these responses = behaviour. The Body also needs to interact with its surroundings. We need to know and realize that we are equipped (being equipped) to live victoriously in this world. We do not need to fear this world or be afraid of contamination -we can conquer it in and for Christ. Light penetrates darkness. We do need His wisdom. We do not foolishly fellowship with this world, but we do not fear it. It is time for the mighty men to wake up (Joel 3) and infiltrate this world; to present Christ as the only answer; to conquer darkness and death; to proclaim the good news of salvation in Christ Jesus. The world is looking at our "behaviour". The whole world is waiting in anticipation for the manifestation of the sons and daughters of the Living God. We are His answer.

D.  Living things reproduce: Life only comes from life. Everything can reproduce or make a copy like itself. All cells of an organism have a copy of the very same genes. Our new life's in Christ spring from His resurrection life. We live because He lives. We are begotten by Him. We are no longer our own. We belong to Him. We need to allow God, His processes and His Word to bring out Christ within us -our only Hope of Glory. Self preservation will kill us -we need to die in order to live! We need to realize the importance of surrendering and submitting to His Lordship (Headship) in our lives. Many times we want to preserve certain things that need to die, within us.

We have decided that, that thing (offense, anger, slander, hatred, jealousy etc.) is part of our identity; when in fact it is the very thing that wants to destroy your identity. The fire of the Lord is one of grace and power, one of liberty and purity. It needs to be embraced. It delivers us from impurities and make us shine like pure gold. God is putting His finger on the things in our lives' individually and on the church corporately. There are things that need to change or die. We cannot afford to be stubborn or resistant -it will cost us dearly. Look with the eyes of the Spirit. We cannot discern this with the eyes of flesh -for it is full of deceit. We need the perspective of eagles.

Lord, cause us to see. Help us to surrender to You and trust in Your skilled hand, to cut away that which is harmful to Your Body.

We must be copies of Christ -even changing to become more and more like Him. What we behold -we become. Also, those we influence/disciple, will look or become like us. Our children will look and become like us. We have a responsibility as members of His Body in this area. We are in serious violation of the law of love if we do not take care how we walk out our salvation and influence those who look unto us. Our lives should always point to Christ as the perfect example worth copying.

E.  Living things evolve: Occasionally cells make a mistake when they copy and pass on DNA. The mutation may cause an offspring to develop slightly differently and mostly for the worse. The offspring dies or fails to reproduce well. It is vitally important that the church feeds the sheep wholesome food and focus on the things the Spirit and Word directs.

We need to copy and pass His DNA -no mutation or changed copy. Stay true to the original blueprint and present Christ and Christ alone. He is the central objective. However; evolution -the process, by which the characteristics of organisms change over time, is important. The fundamental truths, remain, but it is important for the church to adapt in order to be better suited to our particular environment. We need to be well adapted in order to handle the sometimes harsh or life threatening circumstances of our environment. The church corporately have one commission, but individually we are all suited and equipped to bring about change and influence and understand our city/town/country, the best. We cannot all do exactly the same thing and copy each other. We all need to be adapted to our area of influence. If the environment should change, and members of a species no longer possess the genetic capability of adapting to the new environment, EXTINCTION follows. That's why the Holy Spirit is so wonderful and such a great Gift. He is fresh. If we let Him, He will cause us to adapt to any situation. He'll supply us with the strength and wisdom to affect our situation or circumstance. We need to adapt to HIM. We must be able to adapt and be pliable in our Master's Hand. We must be able to be blown by the Wind of the Holy Spirit -to move with Him.
